Agreement to these terms

These terms of service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and GoalGlim FZE-LLC ("GoalGlim", "we", "us"). By joining our waitlist, creating an account, or using GoalGlim, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who we are

GoalGlim is operated by GoalGlim FZE-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at info@goalglim.ai.

Who can use GoalGlim

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use GoalGlim. The service is intended for people working in or training for the nursing profession.

The service, and its beta status

GoalGlim produces informational roadmaps that outline the steps a nurse may need to take to move their career to another country. It is not a migration agency, a law firm, or a licensed advisor.

GoalGlim is currently in beta. This means:

• features may change, break, or be removed at any time,
• the service is offered free of charge during the beta,
• a destination’s roadmap may not be ready yet, and parts appear as they are ready,
• we do not promise any particular availability, uptime, or support, and
• we may change, suspend, or end the beta, or any part of it, at any time.

Accounts

GoalGlim is open to every nurse, with a limit on how many new accounts we open each day. When the day’s places are taken, you can join the waitlist and we will email you when places open.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Do not share or transfer your account. You may have only one account unless we agree otherwise.

If you share a roadmap, anyone with the link can see the shared copy until you stop sharing it.

Acceptable use

When using GoalGlim, you agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose,
• attempt to break, overload, or bypass our security or rate limits,
• copy, scrape, or harvest data from the service in bulk,
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source or models, or
• resell, redistribute, or present the service or its output as your own professional advice to others.

Intellectual property

GoalGlim, including its name, brand, design, software, and the format and presentation of the roadmaps it produces, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service and your roadmaps for your own personal, non-commercial use. We keep all rights not expressly granted to you.

Feedback and reports

If you send us feedback or suggestions, or report what happened to you at a step (such as a wait, a fee, or an extra document), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use them to improve GoalGlim, including by combining reports from at least five nurses into totals that other nurses can see, without any obligation to you. We never show your individual report or your notes to other people. You do not have to send feedback or reports, and you should not include confidential information in them.

How roadmaps are made, and no reliance

Roadmaps are built from published official sources, and each fact shows where it comes from and when we last checked it. Some information comes from the press, professional bodies or other nurses, and some figures are GoalGlim’s own estimates; each is labelled as such. AI helps us read sources, translate, write summaries and answer your questions about your roadmap. Please understand and accept the following before relying on anything GoalGlim produces:

• Information only. Roadmaps are for general information. They are not legal, immigration, medical, or financial advice, and using GoalGlim does not create any professional or advisory relationship.
• May be wrong or out of date. Sources change, and our reading of them, our estimates and AI-written text can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Immigration and licensing rules change often and vary by individual circumstances.
• Verify before you act. Always confirm any requirement, fee, or step with the relevant official government, immigration, or regulatory body before acting on it.
• You are responsible. You are responsible for your own decisions. We are not liable for actions you take, or do not take, in reliance on a roadmap.

No warranties

GoalGlim is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its output will be accurate or complete. As a beta, it may be incomplete or unavailable, and we have no obligation to provide support or service levels.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GoalGlim and its people will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the service or its output. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service, which while the service is free, as it is during the beta, is zero, or one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us for any claim, loss, or cost that arises from your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

Changes to the service and these Terms

We may change the service or these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you. If you continue to use GoalGlim after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to GoalGlim at any time, including if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using GoalGlim at any time and ask us to close your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data. By using GoalGlim, you also agree to the privacy policy.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections you have under the law of the country where you live.

General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to an affiliate or successor.

Languages

These Terms are provided in English, Arabic, French and Spanish. If there is any difference between the versions, the English version applies, except where the law that applies to you requires the version in your language to prevail.
